Cultivate your advocacy skills and make a direct impact on Capitol Hill at the National Policy Seminar 2015! Voice your issues and policy priorities, and gather with more than 400 education professionals from across the country to: •Hear the latest updates on legislative and regulatory issues impacting CTE from Washington insiders, including Administration officials, and other key education and workforce development leaders •Join Members of Congress and congressional staff at the U.S. Capitol Visitor's Center Congressional Auditorium for a special offsite NPS event •Influence CTE-related policy initiatives, legislation and funding through your visits with policymakers, including dedicated time for Capitol Hill meetings and "office hours" with staff of the Department of Education's Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education •Educate your congressional leaders about local CTE programming needs, using tools and resources developed specifically for this meeting to help make your case •Participate in engaging discussions on Perkins reauthorization and all the issues likely to impact your program in 2015
