Description

Would you like to launch a mentoring program for girls and/or women in technology or improve the one that you have implemented already? Research has shown that quality mentoring programs can have a significant positive impact on the lives of women. This workshop will provide a step-by-step guidance for program coordinators on developing and sustaining successful mentoring programs. Learn what's involved and how to host one. Participants will also get a chance to shadow the coordinator in order to gain a full understanding of the event.
